With this integration, when a new meeting is scheduled through FreeBusy, FreeBusy would communicate with RingCentral on your behalf to generate a session and auto-add it within your calendar invitation
To activate the RingCentral integration:
1. Click on the Profile Picture with Dropdown next to it on the top right corner of the dashboard
2. Go to Calendars and Integrations.
3. Click on 'Integrations' tab and 'Link Another Integration'.
4. Find 'RingCentral' and click 'Add'.
While scheduling a meeting, FreeBusy checks your preferences for the desired meeting location. If RingCentral is the default meeting location, FreeBusy would request RingCentral for a new meeting session.

Once FreeBusy receives the new RingCentral meeting details, FreeBusy adds it as the location of the meeting in the Calendar event that it creates on your integrated calendar. With the location defined, all the participants also receive the meeting session details in the calendar invite they receive.
FreeBusy not only allows you to integrate multiple RingCentral accounts, but lets you choose different RingCentral accounts as the default meeting location for different event types. It thus allows you great flexibility in terms of choosing web-conferencing services for your meetings.
